Final day of Austrian Squash Challenge!

After two weeks of amazing Squash activities on the all-glasscourt placed in the middle of EUROPARK Salzburg shopping mall Austria’s biggest Squash event is coming to an end. But in the final day there will be a full programme offered for all visitors.

The day starts with free try outs for everyone interested in playing the fastest racketsport on earth.

At 12 noon the big raffle takes place where our sponsors are offering more than 100 amazing prices to win. Every raffle ticket wins. Patricipants can win prices as a Stand Up Paddle Board, annual travel passes for the County of Salzburg, skipasses, hotel vouchers, sports massages etc.

At 14:00 the VIP-tournament starts. In total eight well known characters will play in an entertaining competition against each other. Former Olympic and World Champions have already visited this event. Here you can find out more about our guests.

And finally at 16:30 the big final of the Mozart Open men PSA world ranking tournament starts. We have seen amazing squash through all the week and it has now reached it’s climax. Topseed Simon Herbert (ENG, WRL 78) faces Robin Gadola (SUI, WRL 108). A full crowd is expected. Admission is free.

The final prize giving ceremony will be attended by vice mayor Mr. Bernhard Auinger. It show how well recognised this event is and we appreciate this high visit.

The winner’s trophy of course will be a Mozart bust! Thanks to the Internationale Stiftung Mozarteum!
