Today Mozart Open ladies final at 16:30

The first week of the Austrian Squash Challenge comes to and end. There are some highlights scheduled such as the gymnasic exhibition of the youngsters of the Ggymnastic Team Maxglan‘ and of course the final of the Mozart Open ladies PSA world ranking tournament with a total prize money of 6.000 USD.

Ahead of those two programmes all EUROPARK visitors have the chance to use the court and try squash and possibly play on the glasscourt for their first time. Approximatly 30.000 visitors per day are expected at EUROPARK shopping mall. This means the players get to play in front of a great crowd with a uniqe athmospere.

The RTS local TV will broadcast the final and our photographer will create pictures from the match.

Additionally the match will be streamed live on the Austrian Squash Challenge Facebook page. Livescoring is available on the PSA World Tour Website.

We are excited about the dream final of the Mozart Open between the two topseeded players Saran Nghiem (ENG, WRL 66) and Alison Thomson (SCO, WRL 82). The two british players had contrasting wins in their semifinals yesterday.

Alison Thomson had to save match balls before winning 17/15 in the fifth game after a marathon 69 minutes match while her opponent Saran Nghiem only took 22 minutes to secure her place in the final.
